Stacking of photovoltaic systems

The Territorial Agency, with note 31892 of 22 June 2012, provided important details on the cadastral assessment of the properties hosting the photovoltaic systems.

All those who own them or who, to some extent, have such systems, are required to register or change the cadastral income of the property.

They are excluded from the following obligation:

• Photovoltaic systems with power below 3kWp
• Photovoltaic systems with power less than three times the number of real estate units served
• Photovoltaic systems located on the ground whose volume of the entire area intended for the intervention (therefore including the free spaces that divide the panels) is less than 150m3
